Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your artwork to request a return.

Eligibility and requesting a return

To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Please include any accompanying certificate of authenticity and other supplied materials. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at contact@photolux.art. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Artworks sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the artwork is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom products, such as special orders or personalised artworks, cannot be returned under our voluntary return policy. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific artwork before confirming your purchase.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards under this voluntary policy. These exclusions do not limit any mandatory rights you may have for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, or other rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, we will arrange the refund to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process and post it.

Purchases, payment and delivery are agreed directly with the gallery after an enquiry. Submitting a purchase enquiry on the Site does not take a payment and does not require a refund.
